Withdrawal form
This is a translation of the Latvian text. In case of any discrepancy, the Latvian version prevails.
You have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods without giving any reason. The rules and the exceptions for hygiene products are described in Section 6 of the Terms of Use.
The form is not mandatory. Any unequivocal statement sent to info@kupidonsplus.lv is sufficient. You can copy the form into an e-mail or print it.

The form has been prepared according to the model in Part B of the Annex to Cabinet of Ministers Regulation No. 255 of 20 May 2014 "Regulations Regarding Distance Contracts". The order number and the bank account are not mandatory.
